What Is Urethritis

Urethritis is very common urinary tract infection. It happens more often in women than in men. Clinically, acute urethritis vs. chronic urethritis depends on infection time (how long a person had been infected). Urethritis is often classified as non-gonococcal urethritis. The pathogens include: chlamydia trachomatis, ureaplasma urealyticum, fungus, trichomonas vaginalis, and herpes simplex virus, etc.).
